I love Oysters. Raw Oysters, Baked Oysters, Grilled Oysters... But the Oysters that made my BEST I've Ever Had came from Creole House in New Orleans. Chargilled Oysters with garlic butter and generously dusted with Parmesean cheese. Succulent oyster meat, well layered with flavor and grilled just enough to blend the flavors and awaken the hint of garlic. This dish was so intense that we rounded up friends for a second and third trip back to the Creole House just to indulge one more time.
